If we determine, within 30 days of the date of your contract,
that you will not qualify for a loan modification then we will refund your money.
After 30 days we guarantee a resolution to your case which can include a loan modification,
short sale, or deed in lieu of foreclosure as long as you have supplied all documentation
that we have requested to process your file.
